UPDATE 2 – Lowest Offer at Egypt’s GASC Wheat Tender for Ukrainian Wheat -Traders

(Reuters) – The lowest offer presented at an Egyptian state tender for wheat was at $198.50 a tonne free-on-board (FOB) for Ukrainian wheat, traders said on Wednesday. The offer was presented by Hakan. Results for the tender are expected later on Wednesday. Traders gave the following breakdown of the offers presented in dollars per tonne on a free-on-board (FOB) basis:

*Louis Dreyfus: 60,000 tonnes of Ukrainian wheat at $199.77

*Hakan: 55,000 tonnes of Ukrainian wheat at $198.50

*ADM: 60,000 tonnes of Ukrainian wheat at $201.50

*Garant Logistics: 60,000 tonnes of Russian wheat at $201.40

*GTCS: 60,000 tonnes of Russian wheat at $203.60

*Glencore: 55,000 tonnes of Russian wheat at $203.86

*ADM: 55,000 tonnes of Russian wheat at $202

*Solaris: 60,000 tonnes of Russian wheat at $204.02

*Agro Ind. (AST): 60,000 tonnes of Russian wheat at $204

*Posco: 60,000 tonnes of Russian wheat at $202.69

*Alegrow: 60,000 tonnes of Russian wheat at $209.95

*CHS: 60,000 tonnes of Romanian wheat at $202.88

*Ameropa: 60,000 tonnes of Romanian wheat at $203.67

Traders said the following were the best offers in dollars per tonne including cost and freight (C&F):

*Louis Dreyfus: 60,000 tonnes of Ukrainian wheat at $199.77 and $19.35 to equating $219.12

*CHS: 60,000 tonnes of Romanian wheat at $202.88 and $17.25 equating to $220.13

*Posco: 60,000 tonnes of Russian wheat at $202.69 and $18.10 freight equating to $220.79

*ADM: 60,000 tonnes of Ukraine wheat at $201.50 and $19.35 freight equating to $220.85

*ADM: 55,000 tonnes of Russian wheat at $202 and $18.75 freight equating to $220.75

*GTCS: 60,000 tonnes of Russian wheat at $203.60 and $18.10 freight equating to $221.70
