(Agriculture.com) -The CME Group corn, soybean and wheat markets are poised to start lower, following mostly lower overnight prices Thursday.

The Early Calls for the commodities on Thursday, December 12, 2013, are weaker. Corn is seen opening 1-2 cents lower, soybeans 5-7 cents lower, and wheat 1-2 cents lower.

In overnight trading, the Dec. corn traded 1 cent lower at $4.37 per bushel.  Jan. soybean futures traded 6 3/4 cents lower at $13.37 per bushel. March wheat futures traded 1 1/2 cents lower at $6.39.

The outside markets are unfavorable for Thursday’s grain trade. The real factors driving the calls will be the mostly lower overnight markets.
